今天是新學期的第一次升旗，我們帶著對寒假生活的美好記憶、懷著對新的一年的憧憬、對新學期的向往，又回到了熟悉的校園，站在新的起跑線上。
Today is the first flag-raising in the new semester. with a wonderful memories of winter vacation,our outstanding of the new year and our longing for the new semester , we returned to our familiar campus, standing on a new starting line.
今天又是一個嶄新的起點，就讓我們在新學期第一次升旗儀式上，帶上一份自信、一份勤奮、一份快樂去暢游充滿生機與希望的新學期吧！
Today is a fresh start, let us begin our new semester confidently diligently and happily from now on.
祝同學們每一天都擁有健康和幸福;每一天都享受快樂和成功！

Now I declare Yanan Peking university Peiwen experimental school “New term new start ”flag raising ceremony begins.
第一項：全體肅立，出國旗。
Item 1, please the national flag .
第二項：升國旗，奏唱國歌。全體師生行注目禮，少先隊員行隊禮。
Item 2, raise the national flag ,play and sing the national anthem ,all teachers and students salute ,young Pioneers salute.
第三項，請 薛佳璐 同學帶領大家國旗下宣誓。

Dear students ， at the beginning of the new year, everything is renewed.We write our wishes and carve our ideals of life in today.
這些祝愿不但送給我們面臨升學的畢業(yè)班六年級同學，和努力備考的初三學子，同時也送給我們需要不斷充實知識、志存高遠的所有同學。
These wishes are not only for the sixth grade and the junior three students who are preparing for the exams, but also for all the students who need to enrich their knowledge and set their aims high
讓我們借著二月的春風，弘壯志，樹新風，加快我校前進的步伐。
